  • How often we meet may depend on insurance coverage or the goals we have set.

Generally visits are weekly, as frequent check-ins and support are improtant for changing and creating new habits.

  • I aim to provide a positive environment where you feel safe, comfortable and free of judgment.

During our initial visit, I will gather information about your medical history, mental health (which includes emotional, psychological and social well being), sleep, movement and eating habits, as well as your relationship with food and your body. We will explore what you truly value when it comes to your well-being and health; make goals based on these values; and take steps toward forming life long habits to support your goals.

Follow-up visits will consist of reflection of the experiences, struggles and progress you have made since our last visit. We will come up with strategies and modifications as needed and make adjustments to your goals (if/when they change over time).

I DO NOT prescribe “quick fixes,” or strict meal plans.
